By placing an order that includes alcohol, you confirm that:

- You will provide valid, government-issued ID upon pickup or delivery
We reserve the right to refuse service if proper identification is not provided. No ID, no booze. Simple as that.
3. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. If something is out of stock, we may:
- Substitute with a similar item, or
- Cancel that portion of your order and issue a refund
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars
- Prices may change without notice (inflation is undefeated)
- Taxes and applicable fees will be added at checkout
We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout. Orders must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.
5. Online Orders (Pickup & Delivery)
Pickup
- Orders must be picked up during store hours
- Valid ID is required for alcohol purchases
- Orders not picked up by closing of the same day may be canceled
Delivery
- Delivery is available within designated service areas
- Recipient must be 21+ with valid ID
- Orders cannot be left unattended—someone must be present
If ID cannot be verified at delivery:
- The order will be refused
- A refund may be issued minus delivery/restocking fees
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or incorrect.
If there’s an issue, please contact us – we’re reasonable people.
7. Responsible Use
By purchasing from Mesa Liquor, you agree:
- Not to provide alcohol to minors
- Not to misuse or resell products illegally
- To comply with all local, state, and federal laws
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting irresponsibly or unlawfully.
